Randi joins BESLER with over fifteen years of healthcare industry experience with a focus on managing client satisfaction. Randi served as Director of Commercial Operations at med fusion, a full service clinical laboratory and clinical trials organization. In her role, she maintained strategic business relationships and fostered customer loyalty. Her passion is for delivering service that goes beyond organizational expectations. Randi holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alberta in Clinical Laboratory Science and is Net Promoter certified.
